thinkpipes is designed to operate on Windows 2000, XP and Vista, and also operates on a MAC. Make sure your computer meets our minimum system requirements. Access the system requirements through Veo® > Account Tools > thinkpipes > Installation.

Windows Installation Instructions

1. Click the link below to download the installer for Windows. This download can take anywhere from a couple of minutes to half an hour depending upon the speed of your connection. The thinkpipes installation wizard will start automatically once the download process has been completed.
2. Once the download has completed, start the installer manually. Follow the instructions and click Next, Next, and Finish when prompted. Only advanced users should change any of the options from the defaults selected by the wizard.
3. Once you have clicked Finish, the installation process will be complete. You will now have an icon labeled thinkpipes on your desktop.
